Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• Formal training program for 6–12 months with supervision and growing independence.
• Proficiency in CRM, email marketing, and social media tools; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop market research skills to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
