Job summary

Euna Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a Team Lead for the Business Development group. You will balance your own quota with leading a dedicated BDR team, serving as coach, escalation point, and daily benchmark.

In this hybrid role, you’ll coach reps, review calls, and model the call volume and quality expected on the floor. You’ll track performance, surface blockers, and help onboard new BDRs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as a BDR with quota attainment.
• Experience mentoring peers and coaching others.
• Ability to give direct, real-time feedback on calls.
• Understanding SaaS BDR motion and qualification of prospects.
• Experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Business Development team at Euna Solutions is adding a Team Lead to bridge floor-level execution and early leadership on the BDR team. You will carry your own quota while owning the collective pipeline output of a dedicated group of BDRs, serving as their first coach, escalation point, and daily benchmark. If you want to lead without leaving production, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own team-level pipeline results alongside your individual quota for meetings held, meetings booked, and qualified sales leads.
• Coach reps in the moment by jumping on calls, reviewing recordings, and role-playing objections in real time.
• Be the first escalation point for reps stuck on a deal, a prospect, or a process question.
• Model the call volume and quality you expect the team to match.
• Track team performance and surface trends and blockers to the Manager so decisions reflect what is actually happening on the floor.
• Support new BDR onboarding on process, messaging, and tooling alongside the Manager.

What You Bring

• You have 1+ year as a BDR with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• You have already been helping peers informally, coaching or mentoring other reps before anyone asked you to.
• You give direct, real-time feedback on calls without it feeling like a lecture.
• You understand the SaaS BDR motion end to end and know why qualifying prospects properly is what makes everything downstream work.
• You have hands-on experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Exposure to formal onboarding or ramp support for new hires.
• Experience tracking team-level performance data and translating it into actionable observations.

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
