Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on cybersecurity services. Reporting to the VP of Resiliency Services, this role requires an energetic individual with a passion for sales, fluency in Salesforce, and excellent communication skills (both oral and written). A solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies is essential for driving impactful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and drive sales efforts for specific products.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and support meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Support customer onboarding and account management processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Experience with sales analytics and data interpretation, including tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of GTM and sales strategies, with ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cybersecurity marketing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Salesforce certification or marketing analytics credentials are a plus.
