You excel at driving results, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads—no cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.
• Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Analyse sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• This is a full-time job, 40 hours/week. Depending on the project EST, we are looking to fill hours between 12 pm and 9 pm/12 pm. You would work an 8-hour shift between these times.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English—advanced or bilingual level required.
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.
