Kind Lending is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our Daytona Beach region and surrounding markets. You will build strategic referral partnerships with real estate professionals, lenders, and local businesses, and drive growth through in-person outreach.

This role thrives on networking and proactive outreach, with responsibilities including hosting events, managing an Affinity Program, and collaborating with marketing to highlight partnerships and success stories.
