Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to expand brand awareness and cultivate referral relationships across the Austin/Temple/Waco metro area, including private duty nursing and intermittent services.

This hybrid, full-time role focuses on strategic outreach, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure timely referrals and high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Home health or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and accountable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions and optimize efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric nursing and therapies.
• Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist specializing in healthcare services to develop and enhance brand awareness and build relationships with referral sources for our Austin/Temple/Waco location. This role will focus on innovative and consistent outreach strategies that solidify referral sources for both our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business.
