Fintrix Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing home care agency serving Montgomery County and surrounding communities. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to expand the agency’s referral network, generate new client opportunities, and strengthen its presence throughout the community.
About the Role
This position is also commonly referred to in the home care industry as a Community Liaison, Community Outreach Representative, or Home Care Marketing Representative. Our client provides compassionate, high-quality home care services that help individuals live safely and comfortably in their homes. As the organization continues to grow, they are looking for someone who can build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral partners. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, developing relationships, and turning those relationships into referral opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of their territory and results.
Responsibilities
- Referral Relationship Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout Montgomery County and surrounding areas, including healthcare providers, senior-focused organizations, community partners, and other potential referral sources.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads that can result in new client relationships.
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct consistent outreach through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, email, and ongoing follow-up with prospective referral partners.
- Community Engagement: Represent the home care agency at community events, networking events, professional gatherings, and other opportunities that increase awareness and build relationships.
- Territory & Schedule Management: Independently manage daily field activities, appointments, outreach efforts, and follow-up activities to maintain a strong and consistent presence within the territory.
- Referral Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with referral partners and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and move opportunities forward.
- Performance Tracking: Submit daily and weekly reports tracking outreach activity, referral relationships, leads, follow-ups, and results.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, community outreach, or a related area is preferred.
- A degree in a relevant field will also be considered.
- Home care, healthcare, senior care, or healthcare referral experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
