Job description

Join our team in Fort Wayne, IN as a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers through the car purchasing journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing vital support throughout the car buying process.
  2. Engaging with potential customers to establish connections and address their questions.
  3. Coordinating with leads and linking interested buyers with a vehicle specialist for personalized assistance.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  5. Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, through text, and email while using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner.
  6. Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car buying process.
  7. Must maintain a high standard of quality dials, calls, and achieve target goals.
  8. Have fun! This is a laid-back, fun, but professional environment.

Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly with potential weekly spiff.

Qualifications:

  1. US Work Authorization.
  2. 18 years or older.
  3. Customer Service Experience.
  4. Basic Computer Skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  7. Strong customer relationship management skills.
  8. Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
