As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling NTG’s services in accordance with established sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of the Company’s goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Delivering your sales pitch to become an entrepreneur for your book of business
  2. Calling customers daily and following up on potential business
  3. Communicating with Operations to track loads
  4. Calling regular carriers daily to secure equipment
  5. Quoting customers and providing up-to-date information
  6. Participating in the growth of new business
  7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
  8. Collaborating with coworkers in a team-oriented environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
