Handyman Connection of Overland Park is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help homeowners and commercial property managers turn repair and remodeling projects into reality. You’ll meet clients, listen to their needs, and craft professional estimates using our software.

Handyman Connection of Overland Park is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help homeowners and commercial property managers bring their repair and remodeling projects to life.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary

• $45,000

Commission

• 5% of labor sold on completed and paid projects.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

• $30,000 in monthly labor sales: $400 bonus
• $50,000 in monthly labor sales: $800 bonus
• $75,000 in monthly labor sales: $1,600 bonus
• $100,000 in monthly labor sales: $3,000 bonus

Team Bonus

When the company meets its monthly quality goals, every eligible team member earns an additional bonus.
