Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Sales Development professional to generate qualified opportunities and engage senior decision-makers at enterprise customers. The role is hybrid and based in Boston, with a structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

You'll leverage phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for Account Executives while growing your sales expertise.

As we scale globally, we're looking for driven individuals to join our Sales Development team. You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers at some of the world's most recognizable organizations, creating pipeline that fuels our growth. From day one, you'll follow a structured onboarding and ramp plan with dedicated coaching, certification, and continuous development.

Whether you have prior sales experience or have excelled in a customer-facing role, we're looking for people who are hardworking, coachable, and hungry to grow.

This is a hybrid role based in Boston, with three days per week in the office

• Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for Account Executives.
• Representing the Workvivo brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and curiosity is essential in every interaction and engagement.
• Enhancing sales expertise through structured training that integrates onboarding, coaching, accreditation, and ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess experience in a client-facing role where relationships were cultivated effectively and exceptional customer experiences were consistently provided.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills when engaging with individuals daily.
• Comfort with making cold calls and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Demonstrate resilience, and motivation to achieve objectives, with a sincere commitment to learning and ongoing self-improvement.
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to embrace feedback while quickly learning new technologies and tools related to sales.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to develop and succeed in a lasting career within technology sales.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$27.16

Maximum:

$50.91

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. The annualized range is $56,500.00 - $105,900.00.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
