At FOS, it’s all about the people. We’re constantly growing, and that’s where this new opportunity comes in – for a Business Development Representative for our Simplebid JOC program. The Business Development Representative is responsible for the West region in the United States. Applicants in WA, OR, CA, MT, ID, NV, WY, UT, AZ, CO, and NM will be considered. Preference may be given to candidates that can work in one of the CannonDesign locations. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Simplebid Regional Account Executives and Director of Sales in identifying new client opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and enabling the greater sales team to exceed targets. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, sales management, business development, and relationship building. Experience in construction and/or public agency procurement is highly preferred, but not required.
The salary range for this position is $79,100 to $98,900 annually. This is the anticipated range of base compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on final candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. In addition to your base salary, you may earn commissions based on the sales and opportunities you generate. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
