- Equip Health is seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in discovering and building out relationships with providers with the goal of acquiring patient referrals to Equip. This position offers a unique opportunity for autonomy and influence in a mission-driven, fast-growth environment
- Partner closely with regional Clinical Partnerships Representatives to schedule a high volume of qualified meetings that drive referral growth
- Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective referring providers and clinical practice staff
- Identify and source new leads from target provider organizations via email, phone, and multi-channel sales approaches
- Hand off qualified leads and discovery insights to assigned representatives to drive pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, provider interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. Must be able to remain in a stationary period for prolonged periods at a desk or workstation, with the option to alternate between sitting and standing as needed. Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as a computer screen and keyboards as well as to exchange accurate information, actively listen, and communicate clearly with colleagues, clients or stakeholders over the phone, via video conferencing, and/or in person
