ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Business Development Representative (covering OR, WA, and Northern CA) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and expanding business relationships within assigned territories and accounts, which may evolve over time. This role focuses approximately 80% of its time on engaging with small to midsize businesses and prospects through outbound calls, virtual meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and local industry events to generate new opportunities. Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting sales activities, nurturing leads, executing sales and marketing campaigns, and preparing quotes and proposals. The role works closely with the Vice President of Business Development and Regional Account Executives to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience & Computer Skills
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Development or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales.
Computer Skills
Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
