Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced Business Development Representative for our Modular team. You will support growth by coordinating BD activities and maintaining customer and market data, building understanding of markets and differentiators, and assisting pursuit teams in delivering high-quality materials.

You will partner with senior BD staff, marketing, and operations to ensure consistency in strategy, data accuracy, and client engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating pursuit strategies and proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and execution of pursuit strategies with regional and market teams.
  • Conducts research and analysis of customers, competitors, and market trends to inform opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate CRM data and supports the use of capture tools.
  • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
  • Assists in gathering customer insights and internal feedback to strengthen positioning.
  • Participates in go/no-go discussions and tracks pursuit outcomes.
  • Collaborates across marketing, operations, and preconstruction for consistent engagement.

Job Description

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Modular team. They will support growth by coordinating key business development activities and maintaining accurate customer and market information. They build foundational understanding of markets, customers, and differentiators while assisting pursuit teams in preparing high-quality deliverables. Finally, they will partner with senior business development staff, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency in strategy, data accuracy, and client engagement efforts throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the development and execution of pursuit strategies and business development plans in collaboration with regional and market teams.
  • Conducts research and analysis of customers, competitors, and market trends to inform opportunity prioritization and positioning.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and supports the use of customer capture and pursuit tools.
  • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, presentations, and interview materials, ensuring consistency with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Assists in gathering customer insights and internal feedback to strengthen positioning strategies and pursuit planning.
  • Participates in go/no-go discussions and helps track pursuit outcomes, customer satisfaction, and post-pursuit learnings.
  • Collaborates across marketing, operations, and preconstruction teams to support consistent customer engagement and communication.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field required.
