Job summary

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Easton, MD is seeking a Service Department Business Development Representative / Customer Service / Internet Representative to support our growing team.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $16 and $20, plus an optional performance bonus by location, with opportunities to advance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable with computer systems and internet use.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups.
• Use Dealership CRM tools to capture and follow up on service leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Additional duties as assigned.
