TransUnion LLC is hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) in a sales-driven environment. The role focuses on making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking product demos while learning to position TransUnion's TLOxp solution.
You will receive product, process, industry, and sales training, and will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to understand different sales verticals and onboarding procedures.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an entry level sales position with a career path opportunity to become an Account Manager or Account Executive eventually to a Field Sales Role. The main focus of the BDR is to find new customers. This will be accomplished through preparation, there will be training provided to the BDR's that will include but not limited to product, process, industry, and sales training. They will also have side by side training sessions with Account Executives, Account Mangers, and Managers across the sales floor to help them understand the differences across each of the sales verticals/industries, training, and role-playing. This role reports to the Sales Manager in Sales Leadership.
Pay Scale Information: The pay range for this position is $14.90 - $23.08 per hour. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base pay and may vary based on position. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
