Oxford Global Resources is hiring professionals who want to build a sales career with a clear, fast path to ownership. This role starts as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for your first 4-6 months, then transitions into a full Account Manager role with your own book of business. You’re eligible for uncapped commissions from day one. As a BDR, you’ll get real training, real mentorship, and real client exposure from day one. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Account Managers who’ll show you exactly how to win business, build client trust, and create opportunities. This isn’t a support role. It’s the fastest, most structured path we offer to becoming an Account Manager who owns their own portfolio, drives their own pipeline, and controls their own career trajectory.
Salary Range The reasonably expected annual base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 for the Columbus market. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and applicable state or local laws.
Commission Eligibility This role may also be eligible for commission under Oxford’s Sales compensation plan.
