Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Business Development Representative for the AMER region, based in Austin, TX, in a hybrid role. You will handle inbound and outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and drive opportunities by collaborating with Account Executives and events.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BDR for a complex enterprise SaaS product, strong CRM skills (Salesforce/HubSpot), and a proven quota track record. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

Inbound and Outbound Prospecting:

  • Swiftly respond to inbound inquiries, reducing initial response time
  • Generate new business leads through outbound opportunities via calls and emails

Lead Qualification:

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery calls
  • Understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition
  • Drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and targets

Relationship Building and Event Representation:

  • Initiate meetings between prospects and Account Executives
  • Drive engagement and seize new business opportunities from events
About You
  • You are based in Austin, and excel in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity.
  • 2+ years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally working in the Enterprise segment with a complex product
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a big plus, as is proven success running outbound sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are second nature to you—you know how to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.
