The Business Development Representative is a full-time, remote role based in Eastern Standard Time (Washington, DC). In this role, the individual will identify and qualify prospective investors and operating partners, conduct outreach campaigns, and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, initiating inside sales calls and emails, coordinating follow-up communication, and documenting interactions in CRM tools. You'll open doors for the partners. That means finding and qualifying prospective investors and operating partners, starting the first conversation, and handing the partners meetings worth their time. By day 90, you're running your own outreach cadence and booking qualified meetings every week. By month 12, you own a pipeline the partners rely on and you've sharpened how the firm tells its story. The firm is growing, and the people who build its pipeline are first in line for what comes next.
Hungry: you hold yourself to a higher bar than the one we set. Coachable: you ask for feedback, use it the same day, and come back better. Discreet: you know which conversations stay in the room. Persistent and pushy doesn't last here. Persistent and polished does.
