Bulletproof in Waltham, MA is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline. The role focuses on generating SQLs, outbound and inbound outreach, and collaboration with Account Executives to close opportunities.

You will leverage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator; Microsoft tech stack is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement offers 4 days onsite, with strong communication and time-management skills a must.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar BDR/SDR role.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
• IT industry experience is a plus.

Position Overview

We need a rockstar BDR who crushes quotas! Our BDR team is the heartbeat of our business growth, finding new, quality opportunities and creating a “top of funnel” pipeline for our Account Executives.

Your communication skills? Top-notch. You’re a pro with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Bonus points if you know the Microsoft tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key target accounts.
• Conduct research to compile contact lists for campaigns.
• Execute multi-step sales campaigns.
• Align messaging with target audiences and their challenges.
• Source SQLs through outbound calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
• Gather customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Highly motivated and success-driven in a team environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong objection handling skills.
• IT industry experience is a plus.

Education & Credentials

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
