Job summary

Legacy Restoration in Minnesota seeks a Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote roofing, remodeling and restoration services. You will work independently, using strong time-management and problem-solving skills to close deals and grow earnings.

You will earn 70k–100k in Year 1, 100k+ in Year 2, with a vehicle stipend and robust benefits, including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners to grow interest in roofing, remodeling and restoration services
• Learn homeowners' remodeling needs and explain how we can help; encourage booking of a service
• Inspect roofs to gain firsthand view of conditions and communicate findings to customers
• Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $70,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. YOUR DAY

As our Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our highquality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must. Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

You’ll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as needed.
