Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base for roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and present our solutions, working independently with generous uncapped commissions.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am–7:00 pm with occasional extra hours; a valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods around the area to engage potential customers and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Work independently to generate interest and book services
• Explain to customers what we can do for them and help close deals while tracking progress and adjusting strategies

YOUR DAY

As our Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our highquality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time

Management Skills And Problem-solving Abilities Are a Must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation.

You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS
