We are a well-established roofing company, expanding across Utah, looking for a Business Development Representative who is ready to hunt new business, grow our footprint, and do right by every customer along the way.

This role is the engine of our growth. You’ll identify commercial roofing opportunities, build real relationships with property owners, facility managers, and GCs, and keep our project pipeline full. You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory with the support of a team that knows how to close.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through targeted commercial outreach, cold calling, and local networking.
• Engage with property owners to assess their roofing needs, explain our inspection process, and identify storm damage or wear.
• Schedule high-quality roof inspections and consultations for our Project Managers and Estimators.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound activity, leads generated, and inspection appointments booked.
• Keep meticulous records of property details, homeowner interactions, and follow-ups in our sales database.
