This dynamic Channels Sales role allows you to become a business management expert across countless industries. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Odoo Channel North America, you will be a key player in expanding our partner network. Your primary responsibilities include identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential partners who can integrate, resell, or develop solutions on Odoo’s platform. You will collaborate closely with the Partner Recruitment team to ensure our partners receive the support they need and are positioned for success. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering long-term business relationships.
The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $63,000–$68,000 OTE (on‑target earnings), with a base salary range of $55,000–$60,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
