Requirements

What are we looking for?

We seek an experienced Business Development Representative who is creative, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate preferably resides in the Central or East Time Zones. This position is fully remote with potential travel opportunities.

  • Learn and explain technical products and concepts
  • Be an open thinker with a creative mindset
  • Conduct cold outreach to new prospects
  • Focus on outbound activities but also handle inbound inquiries
  • Investigate customer problems and challenges to identify leads for Account Executives
  • Leverage channels like LinkedIn, calls, and emails to target prospects
  • Establish best practices and efficient processes
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and outbound strategies
  • Identify trends from prospective customers to share with product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Track and log all sales activities in our CRM (SFDC) and other tools
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs

What is needed to succeed?

  • Ideally 1-2 years in business development, lead generation (phone-based). Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cybersecurity companies is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Self-starter with a successful track record
  • A hunter mentality, working closely with AEs to develop lead sources and learn to sell our products
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
