What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and cultivate trusted relationships with local healthcare providers, practices, and key referral sources.
• Execute strategic outreach (~12 prospective touchpoints daily) to drive brand awareness and referral growth.
• Partner with Senior Sales Representatives on provider lunch-and-learns and educational presentations.
• Track local referral trends, maintain activity logs in CRM, and collaborate with leadership to hit district growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to manage field time independently.
• Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel) and sales tracking tools/CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus!).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for local field travel.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications) OR 1+ years of experience in field sales, customer service, or healthcare/wellness outreach.
