Job description

Job Title: Business Development Representative

At Rankings.io, we deliver comprehensive SEM solutions, including expert content creation, technical optimization, and strategic keyword planning, to help law firms achieve aggressive growth across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 50 dials per day to potential clients
  • Set at least 1 appointment with 40 dials per day
  • Achieve 12 appointments and 10 held meetings per month
  • Maintain an 80% show rate
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives
  • Report sales results regularly to the Business Development Manager
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing/payment plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
