Job Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 50 dials per day to potential clients
- Set at least 1 appointment with 40 dials per day
- Achieve 12 appointments and 10 held meetings per month
- Maintain an 80% show rate
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives
- Report sales results regularly to the Business Development Manager
- Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing/payment plans
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
