We’re hiring a Business Development Representative for a fast-growing MSP in San Antonio to help drive growth through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s motivated, personable, and eager to break into tech sales—or grow within it.

You’ll be at the front of the sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the team in closing opportunities. If you enjoy a mix of research, outreach, and conversations—and want to grow your career in technology sales—this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
  • Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to start conversations.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and tech environment.
  • Set meetings for senior sales reps or leadership to dive deeper.
  • Keep your pipeline organized using CRM tools—track leads, follow-ups, and notes.
  • Support the sales process by coordinating presentations, demos, or proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and internal teams alike.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or outreach role.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident.
  • Organized and self-motivated—you know how to follow up and follow through.
  • Comfortable using email, phone, and CRM platforms to stay on top of outreach.
  • Curious about technology and how businesses use it.
  • Bonus: experience in the IT or tech space, but not required.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable navigating platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Outbound Outreach: Confident in cold emailing and calling, with a clear and professional tone.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Able to ask the right questions to uncover real needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and strategy.
