Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand its enterprise presence and build pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
This is not a traditional high-volume BDR role focused solely on activity metrics. You'll take a thoughtful, account-based approach to identifying target organizations, researching key stakeholders, developing relevant messaging, and creating opportunities with sophisticated creative and technical buyers.
You'll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technology category, working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to bring cutting-edge generative AI technology into enterprise environments.

Research and identify high-value prospects within target enterprise and creative accounts.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
Build and maintain targeted account lists aligned with the company's ideal customer profile.
Develop personalized outreach based on each prospect's organization, role, workflows, and potential AI use cases.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals.
Research and map organizational structures within priority accounts.
Identify and engage multiple stakeholders across creative, technical, production, and executive teams.
Build account-specific value propositions tied to real production workflows and business challenges.
Execute account-based prospecting strategies against high-priority enterprise organizations.
Track engagement patterns and use those insights to continuously improve targeting and messaging.
Develop enough technical and product knowledge to credibly engage sophisticated buyers.
Understand how generative AI and video technology can fit within professional creative and production workflows.
Communicate effectively with both creative and technical stakeholders.
Learn how APIs and enterprise AI implementations fit within customer environments.
Stay curious about developments across generative AI, video technology, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.
Convert cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Provide AEs with relevant context on the account, stakeholders, business needs, and potential use cases.
Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information within Salesforce.
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline.
1–2 years of outbound sales, SDR, or BDR experience.
Proven experience prospecting and generating pipeline.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant decision-makers within complex organizations.
Experience executing outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using sales engagement and CRM technology.
Proven ability to meet outbound activity and pipeline goals.
Persistence and resilience when navigating rejection and longer prospecting cycles.
Ability to quickly learn a technical product and communicate its value clearly.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about AI, technology, and customer workflows.
