Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying prospective clients and developing strategic relationships for Ruby Analytics’ healthcare analytics solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to play a key role in the growth of Ruby Analytics, a healthcare analytics and solutions company within Gemstone Holdings designed to transform how organizations measure performance, uncover insights, and drive better outcomes. As a Business Development Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying prospective clients, developing strategic relationships, and connecting organizations with the value of Ruby's product suite. You will serve as a key contributor in advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline while partnering with internal analytics, product, and leadership teams to position Ruby Analytics' unique capabilities in the marketplace. We're looking for Business Development Representative with: Experience: Three (3) years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or related client-facing roles Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sale, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college) Other: Travel and/or attend off-site or client-facing meetings during and outside of standard working hours
