Mindgruve, a global digital agency, is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads for the sales team. The BDR will focus on early sales cycle activities, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach, to set meetings for senior staff and help grow the pipeline.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads for Mindgruve’s sales team. The BDR will focus on the early stages of the sales cycle, identifying potential customers through outreach like cold calls, emails, and social media, and setting up meetings for senior business development team members and executives to close deals. This role is crucial in building a healthy sales pipeline and driving revenue growth for the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
Outreach: Contacting prospects through cold calls, emails, social media and other methods.
Lead Qualification: Engaging with potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for Mindgruve’s products and/or services.
Meeting Setting: Scheduling and arranging meetings for senior business development team members and company executives to move the qualified leads further down the sales funnel.
Discovery and Research:
Collaboration : Work with the sales team members and Mindgruve department leads to develop compelling and tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase our services.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We’re seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office’s; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
