Reporting into the Director of Business Development, this role is a core part of Candescent’s proactive growth engine - responsible for generating qualified expansion pipeline, new logo pipeline through targeted, coordinated outreach across an assigned territory.This is a territory-based, expansion-focused role supporting existing customers by introducing new partnerships, add-on services, and platform upgrades. You will help drive awareness and demand across a defined total addressable market (banks and credit unions across the U.S.), activating Growth Marketing and Sales motions across platform messaging, campaign follow-up, event-driven outreach, and whitespace opportunities.Why This Role MattersThe BDR team is a critical extension of Growth Marketing - helping ensure Candescent shows up in the market with relevance, consistency, and impact.
