Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented ERP Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our ERP solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to close, including presentations, demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

  • Establish and execute strategic account plans focused on achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our ERP solutions and their value proposition.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and implementation, to ensure client success.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the ERP software industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of Mid tier ERP systems like (Acumatica, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) and their benefits for businesses.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

  • Quarterly bonus based on performance
