Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore by ELE is seeking a motivated relationship-builder to develop partnerships with agents, managers, and contractors to generate restoration opportunities. You will help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other damage through strong networking and a positive attitude.

We offer a weekly draw during the initial period, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, flexible schedule, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written and communication skills.
• Good customer service skills; highly motivated and job is sales oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofing contractors, realtors, facility managers, local business owners, and community organizations.
• Create partnerships that lead to restoration opportunities while helping local families and businesses recover from damage.
• Represent the company at business social events and network to generate opportunities.
• Grow with a local company and drive growth through new client acquisition.

• $700 weekly draw during your first 60 days

Job requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
