ServiceMaster Restore by ELE in Maryland is seeking an ambitious relationship-builder to grow restoration opportunities by engaging insurance agents, property managers, and local businesses. This role emphasizes networking, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset.

You’ll earn with a $700 weekly draw for 60 days, plus uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and ongoing training. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are offered to growth-minded professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process.
• Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events.

Responsibilities

• Create partnerships that lead to restoration opportunities while helping local families and businesses recover from property damage.
• Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors.
• Generate opportunities and contribute to growth through networking and events.
