As a direct report to the Area Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative will drive the acquisition of new customers and facilitate the expansion of existing accounts within the local market. This role requires a passionate sales professional who excels in identifying and expanding opportunities proactively and cultivating strong, enduring relationships with customers. This role will develop a deep understanding of TrueBlue's offerings and how we solve customer problems.
Location: Chicago Downtown, IL
This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
$60,000 - $72,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
