Job summary

Empire Today for Business (E4B) is seeking an Account Executive to develop strategic restoration accounts and hunt new business, managing full sales lifecycle from discovery to close. You’ll be supported by a high-energy team, proven systems, and a nationwide brand.

Expect a base salary of 70,000 with commissions and bonuses; uncapped earning potential, car allowance, mileage, company phone and tablet, and travel opportunities to grow a national book of business.

Empire Today® for Business (E4B) is hiring an Account Executive who’s ready to earn up to and beyond $200,000+ and have fun doing it. In this role, you’ll step into established national strategic restoration accounts with active agreements, while also flexing your hunting skills to land large commercial projects. What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and project execution.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple industries (multifamily, restoration, commercial, etc.).
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Drive account growth through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $70,000 Base salary + proven commission structure.
