Universal Health Services is seeking a Business Development Representative for Aiken Regional Medical Centers in South Carolina. The role acts as a liaison between Aurora Pavilion and community resources to build trust and drive care and service utilization.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for serving as a liaison between Aurora Pavilion and referring community resources to build trusting relationships to provide care and resources for patients. Create a demand for the facility’s services by using marketing principles and sales methods. Collaborate with Director of Business Development, CEO, and other BH leaders to present professional public image, create needs, providing information on services and other tasks as assigned. Education Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare business development/marketing environment with measurable results preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric, chemical dependency treatment or related behavioral health principles preferred.
License / Certification: Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
Travel Requirements: 50% travel.
