Surface Experts - Philadelphia Downtown is seeking a motivated sales professional to perform in-field visits, map routes, and close deals with homeowners and businesses. You will receive world-class training and ongoing coaching while enjoying a balanced schedule and a strong support system.

The role emphasizes daily route planning, data entry in our software, and collaboration with the Owner/Sales team. A full-time, in-office role with on-site visits is expected, with base pay plus commissions

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven playbook.
• Strong curiosity to understand customer needs.
• Attention to detail in routing and metrics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct ~15 on-site visits daily.
• Log notes and metrics in our CRM and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle light admin from home and prepare for visits.
• Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
