The role focuses on cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with clinical partners, families, and providers, and attending autism-focused conferences to expand awareness.
Flexibility for travel is required, with frequent rounds in the northeast.
At The Stables, we recognize that all great minds do not think alike. To help clients reach their full potential, we offer a wide range of individualized programming tailored to their pace and needs. Our primary goal is to empower neurodivergent individuals—including those with autism spectrum disorder—to explore the possibilities of an independent life comfortably.
Located on a serene 25-acre property, our home‑like 9‑bed facility offers a low staff‑to‑client ratio for personalized attention and support. The Stables creates a realistic environment that mirrors the daily challenges and triggers clients may face, offering a more authentic experience than traditional residential treatment programs.
The Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing growth strategies related to clinical inquiries and admissions. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that clinical partners are well‑informed and connected to the services provided by Pasadena Villa’s The Stables Autism Program. The position involves conducting national outreach to raise awareness among clinical partners, the community, and families about the benefits of high‑quality, individualized, client‑centered residential treatment for long‑term wellness and recovery. Additionally, the Regional Director analyzes industry trends to shape strategic priorities, remove barriers to care, and increase clinical referrals.
This position is dedicated to managing autism‑specific accounts on a national level, with a primary focus on providers who work with individuals on the autism spectrum. The role involves attending industry conferences focused on autism and educational consulting to strengthen relationships and expand awareness of The Stables program. In collaboration with the National Director of Business Development and the facility’s CEO, this position will help shape and execute the national strategy for The Stables. Additionally, the role includes providing concierge‑level admissions support for families considering The Stables, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Flexibility for travel is required, with an expectation for frequent rounding in the northeast—including NY, CT, and New England.
This role focuses on engaging clinical strategic partners who specialize in serving neurodiverse clients while also representing the full spectrum of residential services offered by Pasadena Villa Psychiatric Network. A deep understanding of adult psychiatric diagnoses and the latest evidence‑based treatment approaches is essential for success in this position.
Within the organization: Maintains frequent and close working relationships with facility leaders, Business Development team members, Admissions team members, and all clinical team members.
Outside the organization: Initiates and maintains professional working relationships with clients and their families, referral partners, clinical partners, and vendors, as needed.
