Safran Defense & Space, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst Intern to support BD managers by ensuring timely processing of quotes and accurate Salesforce updates.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand processes and reinforce data accuracy through projects in a dynamic environment. The role offers exposure to front-end business operations, multi-tasking, prioritization, and professional communication, with opportunities to contribute to tradeshow

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Results driven, thorough, and timely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Processing of quotes and purchase order receipts per internal business policies in support of Business Development Managers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on business processes, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Complete Salesforce updates as necessary to support data accuracy and order execution.
• Become knowledgeable about the company’s product offerings to support tradeshow planning and product demonstrations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Profile

The Business Development Operations Analyst Intern will play a key role in supporting business development managers by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer quotes. This individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and support Salesforce updates as needed. In addition, this individual will closely work with the Business Development Operations team to reinforce data accuracy through various projects. This internship will offer valuable insight into front-end business operations within a dynamic organization, while building skills in multi-tasking, prioritization, and professional communication.
