Job summary

Safran DSI in Bedford, NH is seeking a Graphic Design/Marketing Intern to support branding and global initiatives. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing Strategy and Brand Design Specialist to strengthen brand awareness and drive business development efforts.

You will assist with social media, newsletters, and advertising; design tradeshow assets; and contribute to graphic design and video production.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, media studies, graphic design, management, or business.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and editing skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms and fast-paced environments.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit compelling content for social media, newsletters, and advertising.

POSITION PROFILE:

The Graphic Design/Marketing Intern will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing Strategy and the Brand Design Specialist to enhance brand awareness and contribute to business development efforts. This role will play a key part in supporting both internal projects and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and edit compelling content for social media, newsletters, and advertising
• Support the Marking & Communications department with projects and objectives
• Design tradeshow assets and miscellaneous marketing collateral
• Internal and external graphic design and video production
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, media studies, graphic design, management, or business
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficient in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and editing skills
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of the team
• Prior experience in an office setting
• Ability to function professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Photography and/or Videography
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident

IDEALLY, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE:

• Experience working in an ITAR environment
