Your role

Are you skilled at developing key strategies to grow sales? Do you have a proven track record of building relationships? Are you willing to go the extra mile to help Financial Advisors and Field Leaders understand client needs and business opportunities? If so, we want you to:

  1. Increase top-line revenue, raise awareness, and support point-of-sale execution for trade and product ideas.
  2. Develop and share daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and resources.
  3. Host daily Advisor meetings, providing tactical ideas, sales commentary, and highlighting product offerings and pipelines. Support client acquisition and retention through book segmentation and reviews.
  4. Understand and distribute ideas and advice on specific products such as Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Options, Structured Products), Insurance, and Annuities.
  5. Prepare sales materials like presentations, campaign content, and product updates. Coordinate and attend Advisor/Field Leader meetings as needed.
  6. Handle profiling, lead generation, follow-up activities, and collaborate with internal strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign focus criteria.
Salary Information

White Plains: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $157,000. The actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information, visit ubs.com/usbenefits.

Your team

You will join the GWM US National Sales team, reporting to the Head of Business Development based in Weehawken, NJ. Our team acts as trusted advisors to Field Leaders and Financial Advisors, leveraging resources, thought leadership, and best practices. You may be based in Paramus, NJ; Westchester, NY; or Melville, NY, supporting Advisors across Westchester County, Northern NJ, and Long Island.

Your expertise
  • Self-motivated with a passion for client experience and strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management business.
  • Geographically diverse team with a focus on the tri-state area.
  • Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 licenses required.
  • Availability to work 5 days/week in a UBS office.
  • Willingness to travel to different local branch offices.
