As a Business Development Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base for voice software solutions and applications. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding customer needs to align them with our solutions for successful outcomes. This is a remote role, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. The territory covers the US and Canada, so a valid passport is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and grow a portfolio of key target accounts, selling Voice Automated Solutions and related Software Solutions tied to our M&I solutions.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  4. Understand customer needs and align them with our solutions.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new markets and attract new clients for our M&I Solutions.
  7. Travel up to 50% as needed.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary ranges from $85,000 to $120,000, varying by location and other factors. This position is also eligible for incentive plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or outside sales.
  • Valid passport.
  • Experience in software sales.

  • Knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
