As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base for our voice software solutions and applications. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. With your strong sales and negotiation skills, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Your ability to understand customer needs and align them with our solutions will be essential in driving successful business outcomes. This is a remote role, and candidate must be located anywhere in the United States. This role will have a territory of the United States and Canada, so a valid passport is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and grow a portfolio of key target accounts, working to position and sell both our Voice Automated Solutions and our adjacent Software Solutions tied to our M&I solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and align them with our solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product management teams to identify new markets and accounts to drive focused campaigns to attract new logos for our M&I Solutions
  • Travel up to 50%

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 85k-120k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 85k-120k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
