Business Development Manager - US (External)

Position Overview

The Business Development team is expanding in the US and seeks a self-motivated, result-driven individual to sell staking services to global institutions, helping them earn additional income on crypto assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions, and partners to create new business opportunities.
  2. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to design compelling solutions.
  4. Identify and engage potential institutional clients, including family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, etc.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to execute sales strategies, meet KPIs, and provide feedback.
  6. Manage the end-to-end sales process in Salesforce.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate value propositions.
  8. Stay updated on regulatory landscape and ensure compliance.
  9. Work seamlessly with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
  10. Develop industry knowledge, especially on Proof-of-Stake networks and US market trends.
Key Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years in institutional sales/relationship management in the US financial industry.
  3. Minimum 2 years in blockchain ecosystem business development.
  4. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  5. Strong financial analysis skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Proven ability to generate business and build client relationships.
  8. Ability to work independently and in teams.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
