Position Overview
The Business Development team is expanding in the US and seeks a self-motivated, result-driven individual to sell staking services to global institutions, helping them earn additional income on crypto assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions, and partners to create new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to design compelling solutions.
- Identify and engage potential institutional clients, including family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, etc.
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute sales strategies, meet KPIs, and provide feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process in Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate value propositions.
- Stay updated on regulatory landscape and ensure compliance.
- Work seamlessly with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Develop industry knowledge, especially on Proof-of-Stake networks and US market trends.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years in institutional sales/relationship management in the US financial industry.
- Minimum 2 years in blockchain ecosystem business development.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
