Cleary Gottlieb is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the U.S. Litigation practice. You will drive growth, coordinate pitches, and cross‑firm initiatives, reporting to the Senior Litigation BD Manager and collaborating with attorneys and the Global BD team.
You will lead the creation of materials, monitor market trends, and support pricing, events, and client targeting programs. A minimum of 7 years in professional services BD and strong communication skills are required.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the strategic objectives and driving growth for the U.S. Litigation practice. The role will report into the Senior Litigation Business Development Manager and will work closely with attorneys and other members of the Global Business Development (BD) team.
The position requires a high-energy and motivated team player who is also able to work both independently and collaboratively. The individual must be able to adapt to change, balance competing demands, and manage demands outside of traditional business hours.
**This role has the ability to work remotely a maximum of two days per week, in lieu of working onsite. The Firm may designate the specific days you are required to work onsite. This policy is subject to change.**

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will be determined based on various job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, the scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This is a exempt role, meaning it is not eligible for overtime pay.
