The Business Development Manager – Publishers, AdTech will oversee the expansion of Nexxen SSP into new publisher partnerships. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing deals, onboarding, and maintaining relationships to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand our publisher network across the US, understanding supply-side dynamics and facilitating collaboration across departments.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships across various formats, working with account management and operations teams.
  • Analyze digital technologies, communicate progress effectively, and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate publisher agreements, including rates and payment terms, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Advise clients on industry trends and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate within a sales team environment, including global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital sales or business development, preferably with monetization solutions for publishers.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience managing publisher relationships and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven prospecting abilities and stakeholder engagement.
