Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager – Industrial Solutions to deepen client relationships and drive new opportunities. You will support proposals, engage with clients on technical solutions, and help manage estimates and schedules while leveraging a CRM for contacts and leads.

The role blends construction/fabrication know-how with client-facing and proposal skills, requiring strong communication and industry network development in Ohio and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication; 15+ years preferred.
• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients and prospect new opportunities.
• Support proposals and estimates, including schedules and quotes.
• Attend industry events and maintain CRM data for leads and contacts.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to develop client solutions.
• Represent the company to promote Kokosing in local and national groups.
